Booking Procedures

1. Make sure to check if your requested DATE is AVAILABLE? Availability Calendar

2. Check Rental Rates, and Rental Application

No date(s) are finalized & secured until the following terms have been met and the DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

3. Payment of Deposit to finalize booking (e-transfer, cash, or cheque)

2. The hall manager will confirm the date(s) are available and then ask you to fill out and email the Rental Application to

4. Payment of Deposit to finalize booking by e-transfer (preferred), cash, or cheque. Please include the date of your rental in the e-transfer memo. 


1. Contact the hall manager to set up a time to meet and submit the Rental Agreement and pay your deposit.

Main Hall (Capacity 300, 200-225 max suggested if using tables)

Weekend Rental Rates 2021-22

Main Hall:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

$750/Day, 2 day rental $1400, 3 day rental $1800

Weekday Rental Rates

Main Hall (Mon-Thurs) - Meetings $200 per day (9:00am-5:00pm)

Weekday Event/Dances/Etc. - $600 (contact manager for availability)

Upper Hall - Meeting Room (Capacity 50)

Meeting Room: (Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm) - $200 per day

Booking Deposit – 50% of Rental, non-refundable

Damage/Cleaning Deposit –  $300 cash damage deposit when key is picked up. Deposit is returned if no damage and hall is left clean. For public events such as concerts or dances man require a $500 damage deposit.

All cheques made payable to POW City Kinsmen.
