Online Booking Request--Sutherland Hall Rental:

3. Click the SUBMIT BOOKING REQUEST button to REQUEST YOUR DATE
4. The hall manager will contact you shortly to finalize the booking process After confirmation from the hall manager that your date(s) are available you will have to:
5. Download and fill out the Rental Agreement
6. Meet with the hall manager to submit the Rental Agreement and pay your deposit in order to complete your booking. Your date(s) are not finalized & secured until these terms have been met.

Main Hall (Capacity 300, 200-225 max suggested if using tables)
Weekend Rental Rates 2020-21
Main Hall: Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
$750/Day, 2 day rental $1400, 3 day rental $1800
Weekday Rental Rates
Main Hall (Mon-Thurs) - Meetings $200 per day (8:00am-5:00pm)
Weekday Event/Dances/Etc. - $600 (contact manager for availability)
Upper Hall - Meeting Room (Capacity 50)
Meeting Room: (Mon-Thurs) - $200 per day
Meeting Room: (Fri-Sun) – only available with Main Hall Rental - $100/day
Booking Deposit – 50% of Rental, non-refundable
Damage/Cleaning Deposit – $200 - $500 cash deposit when key is picked up. Deposit is returned if no damage and hall is left clean.
All cheques made payable to POW City Kinsmen.
